Membership Conditions

By joining or renewing your membership it is assumed you have read and have agreed with the Society’s Memorandum and Articles of Association, its Personal Data Usage policy and its Privacy Policy. All of which can be viewed via the links below. 

In addition, the Society is a company limited by guarantee.  As a consequence each member agrees to contribute a maximum of  £1 in the unlikely event that:
a) the Company is wound-up while he or she is a member or within a year afterwards; and
b) the Company has debts and liabilities that it cannot meet from its assets.
