We make the journey along the Bex-Villars-Bretaye line, part of the Transports Publics du Chablais, which operates from the Rhone valley in south-western Switzerland high into the Vaudois Alps. We make a summer journey from Bex to the year-round resort of Villars, before changing trains and seasons for a winter ride to the Col de Bretaye.
